Uninspired

I’ve been uninspired about cooking lately, which leads to rubbish frozen convenience foods and take-aways. One problem is that I never know what ingredients are in, and if they’re in they go bad.
Careful planning and buying should lead to much better inspiration, more home cooking, and less stuff thrown out. Of course, it must remain flexible for varied circumstances, but in general I should have a plan.
So far I have tonight’s meal sorted out… tofu and veg fried rice. More to come…
