Curacao, Dutch Caribbean, Tuesday, January 3rd 2006
So, back home again. Completely broke from our trip to South Africa. But happy to be back. The last couple of days have been very hectic. The day after comming back, we've started building on the new location for Windsurfing Curacao. The to-do list is endless, but we've started with repairing the container doors. Luckily I was able to lent a generator from Anne and with a heavy grinder I we were able to shut the container and lock it. Yesterday was our first trial at the new location. But the wheather did not completely cooperate as rain kept falling. Hilde managed to do some lessons and today the rain kept falling as well. However, with this batch of rain, comes some swell and after a long day of stressing we are finally surfing our home break again. Small but fun waves and best of all, no wetsuit!
