Events evolve which we have little control over but have profound effects on our Destiny. My dad bought me a Model T when I was nine years old and this kindled a lifelong interest in cars. I was drafted five days after graduating from Michigan State University. Becasue I was a graduate engineer, the Army assigned me to the Von Braun rocket team in Huntsville Alabama where I spent two exciting years firing test rockets and rocket engines. I stayed in the areospace industry for almost 20 years. I worked in flight controls, many aircraft amd missle pumps, valves and control. American Arrow Corporation, which manufactures parts and accessories for classic era cars, started in my Basement in 1964, we incorporated in 1972 and became a full time business in 1974. American Arrow operates a plant in Clawson, Michigan. Don Summer Fine Art, Inc. was founded in 1995 to market some of the fine art products they manufacture.
